Opinion

Opinion writing has always been a favorite of mine. Exploring ways to capture my voice in a piece that positively reflects different things like theme and mood can be challenging without the help of things like interviews and outside sources. I believe that opinion writing, especially on a piece so relevant and political in our current day climate, should be thoroughly researched. Through numerous government sites and legislation documents,  I became an expert on the topic at hand, and was able to clearly make an opinion about Freedom Week and it's relevancy in schools.
